After experiencing corporate culture working in the tree care industry, in 2022 Noah and Katya trusted in their shared skills, passion and work ethic to branch off (cough cough) on their own. Determined to make this blue collar space more friendly for all kinds of people.
Thus, Margo’s Tree Surgery was born.
With a commitment to honest work, growing their knowledge and skills, and ensuring every client was a satisfied client.
Margo’s Tree Surgery has made its mark in Lehigh, Bucks and Berks Counties as a trusted, dependable tree care service provider.
During Covid Katya decided to pause her pursuit of a degree in medical physics and refocus her attention to her love of the outdoors and began working with a regional tree care company. After literally climbing the company ladder and earning the respect of her male counterparts, Katya realized that she not only loved the work, but believed she could offer clients a better experience, and superior service working with a partner instead of an employer, and the goal of a greater purpose was born.
Katya is internationally recognized in her field.
With a passion for the work, but dissatisfied with the impersonal corporate approach to tree care, Noah’s entrepreneurial spirit took charge. After seeing how miscommunication all too often leads to poor employee morale and client frustration, Noah realized that there was an opportunity for a company that offered a more personalized approach to tree care.
